Refund and Returns Policy

At LureLodge Online LLC, we provide interior design consultation services. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency for both our clients and our team.
You may request a cancellation or refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided that the consultation service has not yet been delivered or started. Once the service has been scheduled, partially delivered, or fully delivered, refunds are no longer available.
Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund:

Your request must be made within 14 days of purchase.

The consultation or design package must not have been initiated (for example: consultation meetings, design drafts, or resource sharing).

Proof of purchase (such as an invoice or confirmation email) must be provided.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:

Services that have already been partially or fully delivered.

Customized design packages or resources that have been created specifically for you.

Promotional or discounted packages.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion if:

Only a small portion of the service has been delivered.

The service cannot be fully completed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is posted.

Service Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for services. However, if you are not satisfied with a consultation package, you may discuss with our team to apply the unused value toward another service of equal or greater value.
